Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to identify problems/ issues in management, assess appropriate approaches and techniques in analyzing key managerial problems, create innovative solutions to certain business and management problems to solve issues faced by respective client company, assess the feasibility of the current business model in terms of level of attractiveness, cost and feasibility, and communicate business and management ideas in effective verbal and written forms.
Topics
In order to achieve the aforementioned learning objective, the course of Management Consulting Projects will cover wide range of topics starting from the framework and tools of analysis in management consulting, qualitative data collection from clients, exploring and consulting problems from the perspective of client company, root cause analysis, evaluation and recommendation, effective presentation design and the proposed final solution of the managerial problems.
