DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION (3 SCU)
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: Identify opportunities to address specific problems in response to the digital disruption; evaluate the domains of digital transformation including customers, data, competition, innovation and value; assess the use of technology in organizational transformation and value creation in the form of new lines of business and/or new relationships with other customers/firms; and apply digital business strategies in developing a corporate strategy.

The Digital transformation course provides a comprehensive understanding on how the businesses are evolving currently as today’s organizations are dealing with disruption that forced them to compete with players outside their own industry. This course aims to give insight, knowledge and guidance to students on how organizations can succeed in the volatile environment. This course will also equip students to be a competent leader who strive to be more proactive in implementing new ideas, staying ahead of the competition, and aligning their people, data, and technology.
