Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: Analyse the approaches of leadership theories and research in managing human capital; Analyse how connected organizational processes are design to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain key people within an organization; Develop strategic human capital management planning for enhancing organizational performance; Develop analytics skills for supporting more informed, evidence-based decision making throughout an organization; Evaluate the roles, issues, and challenges of human capital management in Revolution Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0; Evaluate current existing literature on the relationship between human capital management and competitive advantage.
