Learning Outcomes:
On the successful completion of this course, students will be able to: analyze the problems and challenges faced by companies that can be traced to ineffective sustainable OM implementations; learn various concepts to articulate strategic problems that arise in OM; analyze the impact of sustainability in OM and learn the best sustainability practices and strategies in the manufacturing and service industries; and understand the interdependence between operations and other functions in a company and external parties.
