Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students are expected to be able to apply strategic marketing skills in competitive landscape within local and international context; articulate critical and creative problem-solving skills in understanding contemporary and complex marketing issues and practices in competitive marketing settings; demonstrate an understanding of contemporary marketing issues in contributing an immediate business performance.
Topics
The course explores and evaluates the theoretical and practical application of a range of contemporary issues in marketing. The course draws upon the combination of research and popular articles to give the students knowledge of the important developments in various areas of marketing thought and practice. Debate and critical evaluations of these issues will be encouraged throughout the class sessions.
