Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: describe marketing mix and marketing strategy in different business situations; use appropriate terminologies in marketing activities and business environment; apply marketing concepts into marketing strategies in both local and international contexts; identify and explain the effects of marketing practices towards the community and the environment at large; apply marketing mix and marketing strategy concept into a marketing plan.

This course is intended to be the first gateway to the world of marketing. It provides fundamental theories, concepts and techniques in the science of marketing and gives students the foundation of what marketing is all about.
