Learning Outcomes :
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to analyze business and market environment, discriminate specific market situation pertaining to the management of sales, and utilize the information to create sales tactics and strategies both internally and externally ; communicate effectively and persuade positively the sales programs.
Topics :
This course provides the strategic, tactical, quantitative and qualitative knowledge necessary for effective recruitment and training of sales professionals. It also provides a thorough understanding of the sales salary structure and role within an organization.
