BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS (4 SCU)

Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to have in-depth understanding on how an organization works, the kind of processes that happen inside the organization. Identify weak processes and suggest ways to improve them.

Topics:

This course will allow students to understand business process inside an organization and analyze ways in which the business processes can be improved. Furthermore, this course is intended to enable students to learn how to model and analyze business processes, and understand the interactions between human behavior and process design
