- The six soft skill that an employee need to have: Self management, Planning and Organizing, Initiative and Enterprise, Team Work, Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making;
- Self management: Having personal self-knowledge, Organizing a personal program of self-development and career path, Giving constructive contributions to society;
- Planning and Organizing: Designing a clear plan, Being persistent in executing of a plan, Preparing strategies for continues improvements;
- Initiative and Enterprise: Identifying opportunities and developing a proactive plan, Being creative in building concepts to accomplish projects or tasks, Starting a new business;
- Team Work: Contributing constructively to a team, Working with people of different backgrounds, Exhibiting team leadership;
- Communication: Understanding instructions (oral and written), Communicating to the needs of audience, Communicating to the needs of organizational or business audience;
