Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Explain process of cognitive test construction and/ or development; Explain process of non-cognitive test (Likert, Thurstone and semantics differential) construction and/ or development; Apply stages of cognitive test construction and/ or development; Apply stages of non-cognitive test (Likert, Thurstone and semantics differential) construction and/ or development; Analyze the data from the try-out of cognitive and non-cognitive construction process and built a norm for each of them.
