Learning outcome:

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: describe the basic concepts of descriptive and inferential statistics; calculate relevant engineering problems using descriptive and inferential statistics.; interpret the result of calculation from various engineering problems that have been calculated using descriptive and inferential statistics.

  3. Discrete Random Variables and Probability Distributions;
  4. Continuous Random Variables and Probability Distributions;
  5. Descriptive Statistics;
  6. Statistical Inference for a Single Sample;

  8. Simple Linear Regression and Correlation.
