MICE MANAGEMENT SKILL (4 Credit)

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, students will be able to: Identify the range of operational skills that an event manager needs to be able to utilise, demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between event operations and the event experience, Understand the operational constraints under which event managers are engaged; and demonstrate a range of key skills that are required in an operational event environment including: communication and literacy; problem solving; and independent learning and working.
