Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, students shall understand the interaction between international relations actors in global economic context such as inter-state interaction, state-international financial institution, and between different financial institutions at global level. All those interactions, both separately as well as collectively are analyzed and their influences toward global economy are assessed.
Topics
Interaction between actors, global economic structure, big countries’ interest in international financial institutions such as World Bank, International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization, until new group initiatives such as G-8, G-77, and G-20, strategic issues between developed and developing countries at global level.
