  6. Strategic Human Resource Management;
  7. Organizational Communication;
  8. The Analysis and Design of Work;
  9. Compensation of Human Resources;
  10. Human Factors and Occupational Health Psychology;
  11. Union/management Relation (plus specific issues on Indonesian Labors);
  12. Related Issues (Consumer Behavior, Engineering Psy, Technology in Human Resources Management)
