ENGLISH IN FOCUS (2 Credits)

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: Demonstrate the intermediate level of English listening skills of CEFR B1 level on  understanding the main point of clear standard speech on familiar matters in work,  leisure, and many radio and TV programmes; Demonstrate the Intermediate-level of English reading skills of CEFR B1 level on  understanding the text of high-frequency every day or job-related language, as well as the  description of events, feelings, and wishes; Demonstrate the Intermediate-level of English speaking skills of CEFR B1 level on  dealing with most situations arise whilst travelling in area where English is spoken, and  can  interact on the topics of personal interest or pertinent to everyday  life(e.g., family,  hobbies, work, travel, and current events); Demonstrate the Intermediate-level of English writing skills of CEFR B1 level on  writing topics which are familiar or of a personal interest.
