DECISION MAKING UNDER UNCERTAINTY (4 SCU)
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of the course students will be able to: Evaluate decision processes, outcomes and contingencies; Apply decision-making theories to case study problems and their solutions as well as to personal experience in the group assignment; Contribute effectively as a team member in applying decision-making skills to a group project.

The topics in this course include the following: Decisions and contemporary issues in decision-making; Decision making approaches and processes; Risk and uncertainty in decision-making; Individual, groups and organisations as decision makers; Power and politics in decision making; Context of decision-making; Strategic decision-making; Leadership, values and ethics in decision-making.
