Doctor of Research in Management
Introduction
The Doctor of Research in Management (DRM) program is a doctorate degree program designed to develop scholars and scholarly professionals with strong academic and research capabilities who are able to contribute to the advancement of management knowledge and practice.
Aligned with the program’s vision to become a world-class doctorate degree program in Management specializing in business transformation and innovation for sustainable performance and societal empowerment, DRM integrates advanced management theories, rigorous research, and real-world business and societal challenges.
The program emphasizes the development of critical and comprehensive thinking, advanced research competencies, innovation capabilities, and evidence-based decision making. Students are encouraged to engage in high-quality research and international publications while working closely with faculty members, industries, and other stakeholders.
Through this integration of academic rigor and practical relevance, DRM prepares its graduates to become academicians, researchers, business leaders, professionals, consultants, and entrepreneurs who are capable of creating new knowledge, leading transformations and innovations, and contributing to sustainable organizational and societal development in a global environment.
The program is designed to be completed in six semesters with a total of 46 credits, including the dissertation.
